General Info
I work with minors 15+ as long as the money is yours. I only ask that if you are using a parents money, that I speak with them directly instead.

My turnaround times vary, but usually 2-4 months from starting is my average.
___
All my furs are sourced from various places, and occasionally BigZ.All my paws are default lined with patterned cotton and cuffed with a minky colour that was used in the design.
If you’d like a specific fabric or theme, or even no lining at all, let me know!
There may be a small extra charge to cover it depending.
___I accept deadlines within reason for a rush fee. If you’d want a rush order please let me know in your initial first few messages on contacting me.
___My paws are made with a Kloofsuits pattern! My tails are usually my own pattern!
Payment + Refunds
I only offer short payment plans for orders over £200. Amounts slightly under are eligible too, but it is preferred you save up before coming to me. This is also why quotes are free :)
___I currently only take payment through Stripe invoicing! I will need your email address + name listed on your card to be able to send this invoice.
___You are free to cancel up until any
payment is sent.
Due to the custom nature of commissions, I do not give out refunds (after i have bought materials + started work) unless I deem it necessary on my end.
All commissions are quality checked before being sent out.
___I am not responsible for any damages or loss once the parcel has been shipped out, as it’s physically out of my control.
I ship all my packages with tracking and appropriate insurance, no exceptions.
Communication
Please don’t ghost me, communication is important!
I rely on communication to make your commission to your liking before sending it out to you!
___I usually communicate quite a lot! I send wips whenever I have them, and I don’t really have usual work hours. Timezones are sometimes hard to keep track of, so please excuse me if I end up sending a message super late at night or early in the morning.
