Shipping Varies!
UK is usually £6-15
USA is usually £20-25, however an additional 10%
tariff applies on the whole order.
EG: £100 paws -> 25 shipping + 10% tariff = total £35.
EU shipping has been temporarily suspended due to EU PPWR.

By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to these Terms of Service.Please be aware my household exposes my work to pets and very faint traces of smoke. i do by absolute best to mitigate both of these by storing my furs sealed & away from both of these to the best of my ability, but if you have allergies please keep this in mind!
General Info
My turnaround times vary, but usually 2-4 months from starting is my average.I accept deadlines within reason for a rush fee. If you’d want a rush order please let me know in your initial first few messages on contacting me.

My current fur stockpile has been sourced from various places, commissions will mostly feature BigZ furs.All my paws are default lined with patterned cotton and cuffed with a minky colour that was used in the design.
I mostly source these through modes4u.com, I suggest looking through and choosing a fabric you like (<£6)
There may be a small extra charge to cover more expensive fabrics.
___My paws are made with a modified Kloofsuits pattern! My tails are all my own patterns!
Payment + Refunds
I prefer to take full payment upfront, however I can accommodate a '50% deposit (nonrefundable) & 50% after completion' payment plan on things over £150
___I currently only take payment through Stripe invoicing! I will need your email address + name listed on your card to be able to send this invoice.
___You are free to cancel up until any
payment is sent.
Due to the custom nature of commissions, I do not give out refunds (after i have bought materials + started work) unless I deem it necessary on my end.
I reserve the right to re-sell any custom commission if they are not fully paid off after a 3 week deadline.
___I am not responsible for any shipping-related damages or loss once the parcel has been shipped out, as it’s physically out of my control.
I ship all my packages with tracking and appropriate insurance, no exceptions.
Communication

is important!
I rely on communication to make your commission to your liking before sending it out to you! I will always try my best to be as transparent as possible.
___I usually communicate quite a lot! I send wips whenever I have them, and I don’t really have usual work hours. Timezones are sometimes hard to keep track of, so please excuse me if I end up sending a message super late at night or early in the morning.

I reserve the right to refuse customers/people I genuinely do not want to do business with, for any reason.
___I reserve the right to post pics of your commission to my socials! If youd like me to postpone posting your comm until after a certain date just lmk!
