By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to these Terms of Service.Please be aware that I currently own 2 dogs and a cat! As we’ve downsized, I work out of my bedroom. Keeping them away from my work is not feasible for me.

I am a college student now! Previously I wasn’t in any sort of education, I had every day to myself, and spent time doing whatever I wanted to.Since starting college, my turnaround times have greatly increased, as the only time I have to work is weekends, opposed to every day of the week previously.Please be understanding and patient! College is taking up a lot of my time and energy.
General Info
It’s preferred to have a digital reference picture for me to base your commission off of. (I can work off of descriptions too, although not preferred)
Please make sure this reference is clear, with clearly visible markings, and for my own sake, please keep it SFW!!I will make a personal ref of the commission and will present it to you for approval, this is to avoid misunderstandings!
___As I don’t have a massive fur stock, unless I have the colours you need already, you will have to wait 1 week-ish for furs to arrive, and 1-2 months for me to make the commission. It will likely be finished early, but that is not a gaurentee.
___I no longer use lycra to line my paws, unless specifically requested.
All my paws are now default lined with patterned cotton and cuffed with a minky colour that was used in the design.If you’d like a specific type of fabric or specific pattern theme / colour fabric, or even no lining at all, let me know!
There may be a small extra charge to cover it depending on what you’d like.
___I accept deadlines within reason.
I do not typically set hard deadlines for my regular commisions, just a rough timeline estimate.
If you need your commission by a certain date, and it’s reasonable + realistic, I can work with it, for a rush fee. The fee amount depends entirely on how soon the deadline is, and how far back in the queue your slot is.
If you’d want a rush order please let me know in your initial first few messages on contacting me.

My paws are made with a Kloofsuits pattern! My tails are usually my own pattern!
Payment + Refunds
I only offer short payment plans for orders over £200. Amounts slightly under are eligible too, but it is preferred you save up before coming to me. This is also why quotes are free :)___
I work with minors 13+ as long as the money is yours. I understand many kids have savings and money of their own. I only ask that if you are using a parents money, that I speak with them directly instead.
___I currently only take payment through Stripe invoicing! I will need your email address + name listed on your card to be able to send this invoice.
___You are free to cancel up until the payment is sent.
Due to the custom nature of commissions, I do not give out refunds (after i have bought materials + started work) unless the item is faulty on arrival or if I deem it necessary on my end.
For instance if I am unable to complete the commission/the commission quality is not up to standard, etc.
___If you approve the final product, and the commission is sent out, but then found to be faulty on arrival, there are 2 options for you to choose. I can either do a free repair, or, a refund will be given, and the product must be returned to me in the original condition.I reserve the right to re-sell any returned item. Commissions will be slightly modified. Premades will not.
___I am not responsible for any damages or loss once the parcel has been shipped out. Once it is out of my hands, it’s physically out of my control. I ship all my packages with tracking and appropriate insurance, no exceptions.
Communication
If you ghost me/don’t respond 7+ days of me trying to contact you after we’ve arranged something, your commission will be voided.I understand people have lives outside of their commission- but please don’t ghost me, communication is important!
I rely on communication to make your commission to your liking before sending it out to you!
___I usually communicate quite a lot! I send wips whenever I have them, and I don’t really have usual work hours. My sleep schedule is also kinda wack, so please excuse me if I end up sending a message super late at night or early in the morning, timezones are sometimes hard to keep track of!
___Please do not rush me, asking for updates is totally okay and I will be happy to oblige but I am still a person and making things takes a lot of effort. My turnarounds range from 2 days to 2 months depending on the commission sometimes, so please be patient :)

I reserve the right to refuse customers/people I genuinely do not want to do business with, for any reason.

I reserve the right to post pics of your commission! Finished or in the wip stage. If the commission is a suprise gift, and you’d like me to refrain from posting wips/finished pics until the person has received them, that’s alright! Just lmk :)
___I reserve the right to change my prices + T.O.S at any time! I don’t do it very often, and when I do change prices it’s usually at an increase, not a decrease. If you have enquired about commisioning me and I have confirmed your order with a total + added your slot, any price changes that occur after that don’t effect you!
___When I make major changes to my T.O.S, there will be a date stamp indicating the last time they changed.
Preclaim Info!
Preclaims on premade designs are 40% the final cost upfront, and nonrefundable.
The last 60% is paid once they’re finished, before they get sent out!
